New Honorary Consul General

 On December 16th, an appointment ceremony of the new Honorary Consul General, Arther Taniguchi, was held at the city hall of the County of Hawaii and many local influential people, including Mayor Kenoi, gathered to celebrate his appointment.  Consul General Kamo delivered a congratulatory address
