Summary of Duties
Provide General-Administrative Support for Consular Duties.
Minimum Qualification Requirement
Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or a green card holder.
Education and Working Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university with minimum three (3) years of working experience in government or related organizations. Must be able to read, speak and write in both English and Japanese. Familiarity with computer application programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus. Highly organized, detail oriented, and possessing excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to good work ethics. Occasional overtime assignments.
Commensurate with experience and subject to the regulations of the consulate. Following a one (1) month trial period, an employment contract through June 30, 2018 will be offered.
Work Hours (Monday-Friday)
8:00 a.m.－12:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m.－4:00 p.m. (One-hour lunch allowance)
