The Consulate General of Japan has one vacancy in the general affairs section for a full time office clerk. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • General office affairs and tasks as assigned
  • Supporting management with duties they assign
  • Translating documents
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have American citizenship
  • English fluency and (minimum) business level Japanese language skills
  • Applicant must be able to use Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point
  • Able to work occasional overtime
Desired Qualifications:  
  • Some years of working experience
  • Clerical or secretarial experience
  • Ability to follow instructions, prioritize workload, work independently or in a group
Salary based on experience. Health insurance provided.
