Clerk (Full-time)
Summary of Duties
Provide general administrative assistance including answering phones,
receiving and filing faxes, and sorting and delivering incoming and outgoing
mails. Duties also include assignments/projects involving Japanese
nationals.
Minimum Qualification Requirement
Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or a green card holder.
Education and Working Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university with minimum
three (3) years of working experience in the government or similar
organizations. Must be proficient in reading, speaking and writing English,
or Japanese. Familiarity with computer application programs, including
Microsoft Word and Excel. Highly – organized, details –oriented,
self-motivated and with excellent communication skills. Must be motivated to
conduct hard work with occasional over-time assignments.
Salary
Depends on the applicant’s experience and subject to the regulations of
the Consulate. Other benefits include medical insurance and performance
based bonus. After three (3) month trial period, two (2) year employment
contract (renewable provided that the performance is satisfactory.) After
the successful trial period, annual leave will be allowed in accordance with
the regulations.

8:00am – 12:00 pm (Lunch time
12:00-13:00)
13:00pm – 16:45pm
