In recognition of his invaluable contribution to promote mutual understanding and friendship between Japan and the United States, Hawaii resident Mr. James A Kelly, in the company of many friends and relatives, had the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays conferred by Consul General Yasushi Misawa at the Official Residence on Tuesday June 27, 2017.
