Consulate Activities

Consul General Misawa performed on the ukulele along with Governor David Ige at the 47^th Ukulele Festival at Kapiolani Park on Sunday, July 16th. This annual festival is organized by Roy and Kathy Sakuma, are the lead ukulele instructors. In addition to Oahu, the festival is also held on the Big Island and Maui.
