Visit by Fukuoka Jo Gakuin University and its Junior College Students (Kakehashi Project)
On February 11th, Fukuoka Jo Gakuin University and its Junior College students, who participated in the Kakehashi Project, a youth exchange program between Japan and the United States, visited the Consulate General of Japan. Deputy Consul General Shinozawa welcomed them and gave a presentation about Japan-Hawaii relations, the role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the consulate, and answered questions from the students.
On February 15th, they had a debriefing session in Honolulu and the consulate staff also participated.
