Consulate Activities

On August, 24, 15 students from Sakai town Junior High School visited the consulate. Following the greeting from Consul General Aoki, there was a greeting from Mayor Hashimoto, the Mayor of Sakai town. After that, five student representatives said a few things about what they wanted to learn in Hawaii. Consul General Aoki gave a presentation on Japan-Hawaii relations. The students paid close attention to the presentation. During the Q&A session, the students asked many questions about Hawaii’s tourist attractions and diversity.
