Visit by Ehime High School Students
On September 30, 10 high school students taking part in the Ehime-Hawaii High School Exchange Program visited our consulate. Consul Tsunoda and Researcher Higuchi spoke with the students about the relationship between Japan and Hawaii and the role of the consulate.
Afterward, the students delivered presentations in English, showcasing various regions of Ehime Prefecture. This program aims to nurture the next generation of leaders for Ehime, and during their time in Hawaii the students engaged in educational exchanges, including school visits and homestays, to strengthen the bond between Ehime and Hawaii.
