Consulate Activities

 On October 14, 2025, Consulate General of Japan in Honolulu co-hosted a networking event with the East West Center (EWC) focusing on Japan-U.S. security, particularly in the maritime sector. Following the remarks by EWC Director Connors, who assumed her post this July, and Consul General Kodama, Japanese startups gave presentations. We look forward to further promoting public-private collaboration between Japanese and Hawaii companies and in the maritime sector.
