“Island Innovation Demo Day Japan – Agriculture and Aquaculture” co-sponsored by the Consulate General of Japan in Honolulu

Consulate General of Japan in Honolulu, MajiConnection, and engawa KYOTO (Dentsu Inc.) will host "Island Innovation Demo Day Japan -Agricultural and Aquaculture".  This event is a continuation of our series "Island Innovation Demo Day from Japan " - a showcase of Japanese startups solving "Island Problems" with innovation and creativity. This time, we are going to focus on "Agriculture and Aquaculture" industries that could help to solve "Island Problems" such as the lack of human resources on farms, low food self-sufficiency, low tech adaption, and environmental problems in those two fields.
We hope, through this event, local entrepreneurs and businesses are encouraged to obtain a variety of perspectives for strategic application in their respective communities. It will also provide opportunities for networking and allow Hawaii-based business owners to seek potential partnerships with Japanese entrepreneurs to benefit from their technology solutions and knowledge.
