Taking Applications for Residence Staff (Butler)

The Consulate General of Japan in Honolulu is taking applications for one (1) person for the position of Residence Staff (Butler).

Honolulu, HI 96817
 

2. Work hours

8:00AM to 4:00PM (1 hour lunch break)
Must be able to work late hours and weekends when necessary.
 

3. Employment Type

Full-time Employee
(Employment is on an “at-will” basis.)

One (1)
 

5. Work duties

Responsibilities include serving food/beverage to guests and overseeing preparations, operations and service of banquets, receptions, and functions held by the Consulate; facilities management, cleaning, and general maintenance of the residence; and maintaining open communication and working closely with office staff and outside vendors.
 

6. Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English Language
• US Citizenship or US Green Card Holder
• Able to work full-time hours, 8:00AM to 4:00PM (5 days a week, Monday thru Friday)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

 

7. Other Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Hospitality or Restaurant service.
