*DUE TO THE INCREASING COVID-19 NUMBERS AND THE “STAY-AT-HOME” ORDER IN HONOLULU, THE RECRUITMENT FOR THE 2021 MEXT (SPECIALIZED TRAINING COLLEGE STUDENT) HAS BEEN CANCELLED
The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) offers scholarships to international students who wish to study at Japanese specialized training colleges under the Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship Program.
Basic qualifications:

Basic qualifications:
- US citizen (excluding Japanese dual nationality)
- Born on or after April 2, 1996
- Completed 12 years of schooling (high school diploma)
